Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled paramedic to join our team as a Primary Care Clinic Medic. As a hybrid clinic operator, you'll work closely with virtual physicians to provide high-quality care to our patients. Your role will involve greeting patients, performing physical exams, and conducting in-clinic procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the all-in-one micro clinic operator, greeting patients and working with virtual physicians to provide care.
- Use connected devices to perform physical exams and conduct in-clinic procedures, including blood draws, injections, and ear flushes.
- Accurately chart and document exams, procedures, and lab orders.
- Troubleshoot devices or audio/video issues that may occur.
- Perform daily opening and closing of the clinic.
- Paramedic current state licensure, with NREMT certification preferred.
- Comfortable working independently with remote specialty physicians.
- Good with technology and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Previous experience in clinics, primary care, urgent care, ED, ICU, or step-down I/P units is beneficial.
- Excellent people skills and a passion for revolutionizing healthcare.
