Position Overview

This role focuses on managing incoming telephone inquiries and accurately entering vehicle information related to potential total loss insurance claims. Individuals in this position will primarily collaborate with Claims Adjusters from leading insurance companies. Essential equipment, including a desktop computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and headset, will be provided. The starting wage is $17.50 per hour, with opportunities for monthly incentives and an annual company bonus based on performance. This position does not involve sales or collections, offers benefits from day one, and presents promotional opportunities within six months, contingent on performance. Join a team dedicated to providing exceptional training, outstanding support, and high Net Promoter and Employee Engagement Scores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle initial calls and gather all necessary vehicle details from potential Total Loss claims.
  • Ensure complete and accurate entry of vehicle information into the system.
  • Communicate vehicle values from the database to callers.
  • Direct calls requiring further investigation to the appropriate departments.
  • Process additional incoming tasks such as faxed requests and dealer inventory updates while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
  • Adhere to attendance, production, quality, and other performance metrics.
Qualifications:
  • No prior experience in insurance or automotive fields is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided for individuals eager to learn and grow.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a positive attitude towards delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to work independently.
  • A quiet and professional home workspace free from distractions.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL or cable modem - non-cellular - with a minimum speed of 25 mbps download and 15 mbps upload).
