CNC Programmer

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our team at Trystar Inc.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and fabricating weld fixtures, assembly jigs, and custom tooling to support manufacturing operations.

You will work closely with the production and engineering teams to provide specialist technical advice and support on all aspects of fixture design, manufacturing, and estimating.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in CAD and CAM software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manufacture new tools and fixtures from technical drawings
• Setup and operate CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, saws, manual mill, and manual lathe
• Support production and engineering with tooling and technical problems
• Implement best practices and processes to ensure robust design and efficient deployment of tooling
• Provide cost estimates for new tooling, modifications, and repairs
• Participate in continuous education/training to improve tooling knowledge and skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a machine shop or tool room environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in CAD and CAM software
• Experience in CNC programming, setup, and running
• Manual fabrication capabilities
