Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate and report on EHS incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage EHS budgets and resources to ensure effective implementation of EHS initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing EHS regulations and standards, ensuring our organization remains compliant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in EHS or related field (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a safety leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulatory standards and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $105,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
