Role Summary:
The Donor Relations Coordinator is a pivotal role requiring an individual with a vibrant and engaging personality, adept at cultivating relationships while promoting partnership opportunities within the ministry. Collaborating closely with the Director of Donor Relations and the Advancement Team, this position focuses on nurturing and expanding relationships with ministry partners. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with both new and prospective donors through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Partner Engagement:
- Welcome and engage new monthly partners in the ministry's Partners for Life initiative.
- Facilitate ongoing communication with monthly partners, expressing gratitude through various mediums.
- Encourage one-time supporters to transition into monthly partners under the guidance of the Director of Donor Relations.
- New Donor Cultivation:
- Follow up and develop relationships with new donors in collaboration with the Director of Donor Relations.
- Distribute welcome packets to new donors and conduct thank-you calls.
- Ongoing Donor Support:
- Maintain communication with donors receiving prayer requests and manage the communication platform.
- Coordinate Thanksgiving outreach calls to donors.
- Support the delivery of special year-end gifts to donors.
- Assist the Director of Donor Relations as needed.
- Provide support for advancement and events, especially leading up to significant occasions.
- Participate in major events organized by Life Network.
Qualifications:
- A blend of educational background and professional experience in a related field.

- Active involvement in a local church community.
- A genuine passion for the mission of Life Network and a heart for outreach.

- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Comfortable with direct communication, both in person and via phone.
- Willingness to engage in fundraising efforts through personal outreach.
- Exhibits a servant-hearted attitude towards staff and donors.
- Ability to learn and utilize donor database systems.
- Possesses a valid driver's license and meets vehicle safety standards for travel.
- Able to lift materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
Classification:
This is a part-time position requiring 24 hours per week. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
