The Position

The Engineering IP Program Manager will be an integral member of Central Engineering's program management team, responsible for overseeing the creation and delivery of intellectual property (IP) for Marvell's product lines and custom ASIC ventures. This position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of multiple programs within Marvell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the program for IP development and delivery to Marvell's product divisions.
  • Facilitate discussions to finalize specifications and requirements for IP.
  • Conduct regular cross-functional meetings to assess program status and milestones, providing updates to executive stakeholders.
  • Support the Program Management Process at Marvell.
  • Collaborate with engineering program managers throughout the organization.
  • Implement lessons learned and risk management strategies.
  • Ensure the successful completion of IP development and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in relevant fields with a Bachelor's degree, or 5-10 years with a Master's degree or PhD.
  • 6+ years of experience as an Engineering Project Manager in the semiconductor sector.
  • 6+ years of experience as a mixed-signal IP designer.
  • In-depth knowledge of SoC/IC design flow and process technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in ASIC or other microelectronics development.

Compensation

The base salary for this role ranges from $138,000 to $160,100 annually. Additional compensation includes bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. At Marvell, we prioritize work-life balance and offer a hybrid work model that accommodates both remote and on-site work.
