Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at LabCorp. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood specimens from patients for laboratory testing. This is a part-time in-patient position, requiring a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our specimen collection process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
* Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other medical procedures
* Process billing information and collect payments when required
* Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
* Maintain patient and specimen information logs
* Provide superior customer service to all patients

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist is required
* Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
