Phlebotomy Specialist

Labcorp is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team as a Float Phlebotomist. As a Float Phlebotomist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations, developing your skills and setting yourself up for opportunities and continuous growth within the organization.
Responsibilities- Collect blood specimens from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
- Process billing information and collect payments when required.
- Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
- Provide superior customer service to all patients.
- Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
- Travel to additional sites when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist is required.
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
- Must have a Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years' old.
- Previous LabCorp experience.

Additionally, PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
