Overview

Joyce University is seeking highly qualified and dedicated individuals to join our Clinical Nursing Faculty team in the Portland, Oregon metro area. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in implementing our curriculum, instructing students, and upholding the university's policies and procedures.

Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Teaching nursing students at assigned clinical locations in the Portland area
  • Implementing our curriculum and evaluating student performance
  • Maintaining evidence of professional growth and continuing education
  • Participating in continuous quality improvement and professional development activities
  • Assisting in the compilation of statistical data for accreditation purposes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in nursing (full-time) or a Bachelor's degree in nursing (part-time)
  • An unencumbered RN license in the State of Oregon
  • 2-3 years of experience in nursing, preferably with teaching experience
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $48-$55 per hour, which translates to an estimated annual salary range of $99,360 - $114,000 based on a 40-hour workweek.
