About the Position

The Division of General Internal Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track.

Responsibilities
  • Teaching responsibilities may include precepting residents and interns throughout their General Medicine rotations.
  • Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to participate in UME or GME educational programs.
  • Clinical responsibilities may include sessions providing direct patient care in ambulatory sites.
  • Clinical responsibilities may also include serving as inpatient attending at hospitals.
  • Providing after-hours support may also be included.
Qualifications
  • Applicants must have an M.D. degree.
  • Board certified/eligible in General Internal Medicine is required.
