As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work closely with interprofessional teams, and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and integrate best current evidence with clinical expertise and patient preferences to deliver optimal healthcare.
  • Minimize risk of harm to patients, families, providers, and self through system effectiveness and individual performance.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the nursing profession through lifelong learning, adherence to ANA's Code of Ethics, and participation in professional organizations.
  • Recognize patients as the source of control and a full partner in providing compassionate and coordinated care.
  • Effectively collaborate and apply innovative, systems thinking to engage in systematic, evidence-based problem solving and decision making.
  • Utilize appropriate information and technology to communicate, manage knowledge, mitigate error, and support decision making.
  • Engage in the process of cooperation, coordination, and collaboration to provide safe, quality outcomes for patients within inter and intra-professional teams.

Credentials:

  • RN required with state licensure.
  • ACLS or BCLS or PALS certification required.
  • Diploma or ASN from an accredited school of nursing and more than 15 months of relevant professional nursing experience.
  • BSN from an accredited school of nursing and more than 15 months of relevant professional nursing experience.
