As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager on Duty with the coordination of activities and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and service of food and beverage items, adhering to company food standards for presentation, sanitation, and safety.
  • Direct and participate in the overall sanitation and safety of the facility and associates, in accordance with company standards and government regulations.
  • Oversee the productivity and breaks of associates, communicating performance issues to management.
  • Help onboard and train associates, and conduct pre-service meetings as needed.
  • Properly handle cash and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including weekly inventory, cash reports, and production records.
  • Respond to customer needs and requests, resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in menu planning and ordering procedures using company programs and initiatives.
Requirements

Previous catering experience is required for this position. We offer a competitive pay rate of $20.55 per hour and a range of benefits to our full-time and part-time associates, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement plan and associate shopping program.
