Job Summary

The Comprehensive Community Action (CCA) organization is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Youth Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Learn 2 Earn program, you will play a vital role in empowering youth and young adults to achieve their education and employment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide case management services to youth and young adults enrolled in our employment and education programs.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake and assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized service plans.
  • Monitor client progress, provide support and advocacy, and connect clients with additional resources as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and promote program success.
  • Collaborate with other youth-serving programs and high schools to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting our clients.
Requirements
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, with 2 years of experience in case management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of youth development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
