Job Description

As a Construction Superintendent with JCorp DB, LLC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • On-Site Supervision: Collaborate with Project Management and General Superintendent to ensure compliance with contract documents and specifications.
  • Site Management: Coordinate daily construction activities, monitor site safety, and enforce building and safety code compliance.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between Design Professional Team, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies and document changes.
  • Schedule Management: Develop, update, and manage project schedules, and lead consistent jobsite meetings to communicate and problem-solve.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain a site-specific safety program, and assist in the development and implementation of the safety/quality control program.
