Leadership Development Program

Our program is a comprehensive, 90-day initiative aimed at immersing participants in the various facets of managing a multi-million-dollar enterprise within the facilities sector. Training occurs on-site at one of our esteemed client locations and incorporates hands-on experience, expert instruction, real-time evaluations, and tailored guidance. This program is particularly suited for recent graduates and those pursuing professional growth.

Career Advancement

All participants are required to complete the training to progress to a managerial position where they will lead their team. Successfully finishing the program is the initial step towards future leadership roles, as SBM firmly believes in promoting from within. A significant portion of our senior leadership team, including C-suite executives, Vice Presidents, and Site Managers, have successfully completed this program.

Daily Responsibilities During Training

Ongoing Learning & Development: The accelerated training lasts around three months. You will gain practical experience and mentorship throughout this period. You will also create a personalized learning plan that encompasses all aspects of managing one of SBM's dynamic client facilities. Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to secure a managerial position at one of our accounts.

Team Leadership: Utilize your interpersonal and communication abilities to foster a positive atmosphere and inspire a diverse team. Responsibilities include providing constructive feedback, supporting team members' growth, and engaging in staff planning and recruitment.

Collaborative Environment: Engage in our fast-paced team setting, where you will offer operational support, conduct management training, resolve issues, and liaise with senior management.

Outstanding Customer Service: Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.

Travel Opportunities: Assist with new transitions and learn from key team members across the country.

Required Qualifications

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
