Residential Cleaner

Position Overview:
Real Property is seeking two (2) dedicated full-time Housekeepers to maintain cleanliness and order within our facilities.

Work Schedule:
Shifts are from 7am to 3pm, including every other weekend.

Qualifications:
While prior experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates should possess:
- Some high school education or equivalent experience
- A year of related experience or training
- A combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties required.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in a housekeeping role within an institutional environment is advantageous. The ideal candidate will:
- Exhibit strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Display patience, tact, and a positive attitude
- Be enthusiastic and willing to engage with residents, including those who may be challenging.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors or nursing staff regarding residents' conditions.
