ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in various areas, including:

• Common areas such as lobbies, restrooms, and hallways
• Floor care including sweeping, mopping, and polishing
• Upholstered furniture and drapery cleaning
• Dusting and sanitizing surfaces
• Window and mirror cleaning in shared spaces
• Disposing of waste materials appropriately
• Restocking supplies in communal restrooms
• Occasional cleaning of resident living spaces as needed
• Reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in housekeeping is essential.

Experience in a senior living environment is preferred.

A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable but not mandatory.
