Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a sign-on bonus paid out within the first year. Job DescriptionAs a Registered Nurse (RN) at Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized plans of care. This includes medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation. You will also supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants and monitor patient conditions, notifying physicians of any changes.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must possess a nursing degree from an accredited program or college/university, a current, unencumbered active North Carolina RN license, and current CPR certification. At least one year of experience in long-term care is preferred.
