Position Overview
We are in search of a Project Engineer to enhance our Construction division. The role involves managing the engineering components of construction initiatives with precision and efficiency. Candidates should possess a solid foundation in construction engineering, project oversight, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices
  • Managing subcontractors
  • Conducting site inspections
  • Overseeing timecard submissions
  • Coordinating material procurement and scheduling
  • Developing look-ahead schedules
  • Creating daily operational plans
  • Tracking change orders and RFIs
  • Monitoring costs and labor forecasts

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • At least 4 years of experience in project engineering
  • Expertise in site layout, grading, utility design, and related areas
  • Strong project management and leadership capabilities
  • Exceptional decision-making and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other construction software
  • Familiarity with building materials, construction practices, regulations, and quality standards
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Current engineering license in the relevant state is preferred
