Role:
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
Location:
Charlotte, NC
Work Schedule:
4x10s (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
The Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist will be tasked with:
- Executing and/or supporting treatment therapies and procedures (including scrub assistant monitoring and circulating) under the guidance of the physician.
- Administering medications under the direct supervision of the physician.
- Documenting the current clinical status and recording designated information in the patient record.
- Contributing to the maintenance of a safe working environment and performing all related job responsibilities in a secure manner.
Qualifications:
Completion of high school and an accredited program in Cardiovascular/Cardiopulmonary technology or a related field is required.
Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist is mandatory.
Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist and/or equivalent certification is required.
Must uphold current BLS, ACLS, and CCI standards.
Preferred Skills:
Experience or training as an Invasive Cardiovascular Specialist/Electrophysiology Specialist is desirable.
