Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Director to lead our team of professionals in providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our center, ensuring the highest quality of care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Behavior Technicians, and other clinical staff in providing ABA therapy services to children with autism.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and admissions, to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including families, insurance companies, and community partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and services, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Licensed to practice ABA therapy in the state of Maryland (or willingness to obtain license upon hire).
  • 5+ years of experience in ABA therapy, including supervisory and leadership roles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with children with autism and their families.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
  • Experience with clinical program development and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
