At Unified Women's Healthcare, LP, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate OB/GYN physician to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a key member of our practice, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our patients and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

About the Role

We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in obstetrics and gynecology, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to our patients, including routine check-ups, prenatal care, and surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations and compile patient medical data
  • Order or perform therapeutic procedures, such as injections and basic wound care
  • Instruct and counsel patients on health maintenance, family planning, and emotional problems of daily living
  • Develop and implement patient management plans and follow hospitalized patients as appropriate
  • Gain competence in Electronic Medical Record System
  • Billing submission at time of office visit
Requirements
  • Experience in OB/GYN or Women's Health
  • MD or DO from accredited medical school
  • Board certified or board eligible
  • Connecticut License
  • Federal and State controlled substance licenses
  • BLS certification
  • Eligible for hospital privileges
  • Effective communication, listening, and customer service skills
