Physician Opportunity

Unified Women's Healthcare, LP is seeking a skilled Obstetrician Gynecologist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a key member of our practice, you will provide high-quality obstetrical and gynecological care to our patients, utilizing your expertise to diagnose and treat a range of conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and compile patient medical data, including health history and examination results.
  • Order or perform therapeutic procedures, such as injections, immunizations, and basic wound care.
  • Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance, family planning, and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and implement patient management plans, following hospitalized patients as needed and recording progress notes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and technologies, including electronic medical records.
Requirements:
  • Experience in obstetrics and gynecology or women's health.
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification or eligibility in obstetrics and gynecology.
  • Connecticut medical license.
  • Federal and state controlled substance licenses.
  • BLS certification.
  • Eligibility for hospital privileges.
