Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at NavitsPartners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the execution and scope changes for customer data contracts, ensuring contract language aligns with our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budget activities such as Purchase Order Requests, building out budget spreadsheets, establishing a methodology for Invoice management, and tracking each customer.
  • Build and create guiding practices (draft and refine SOPs and Work Instructions) that document the data contract process, ensure quality, and create scalability in a dynamic and growing business demand setting.
  • Ensure Compliance throughout the Customer Contact Lifecycle, including but not limited to HQ Documentation (Business Rationale, Intended Use (HQ vs. Field), and FMV Validation through the internal system (AXIA).
  • Inform the Contract Compliance team of new contract uses, permissions, and restrictions to ensure data controls remain current to enforce contract compliance.
  • Work to ensure the Oncology Budget is up-to-date and forecasted appropriately for the new year.
  • Manage a report accountable for HH data purchase order execution, invoice issue escalation and resolution.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's / Pharmaceutical background is highly preferred.
