Job Summary

As a Warehouse Associate - Parcel and LTL Picker/Packer at Bosch Power Tools, you will play a critical role in our warehousing operation. Your primary responsibility will be to pick and pack products with precision and efficiency, utilizing our state-of-the-art pick-to-light module or RF terminal. This position requires simple counting skills, repetitive bending, lifting up to 50lbs, and twisting. You will be expected to adhere to WPI's (Work Place Instructions) and perform to metrics such as safety, quality, production rates, absenteeism, etc. as well as follow 6S and BPS practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack products with accuracy and speed.
  • Utilize pick-to-light module or RF terminal for efficient order fulfillment.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
  • Participate in 6S and BPS practices to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of various packaging methods and rigging experience.
  • Ability to read and write English.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
