Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Hillcrest Hospital Pryor. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing nuclear medicine procedures, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including imaging and scanning, under the supervision of the Imaging Supervisor.
  • Schedule procedures and initiate new procedures as needed.
  • Transport patients and handle patient support equipment, such as I.V. pumps and oxygen tanks.
  • Answer patient calls and respond to questions related to exam reports.
  • Assist physicians with invasive procedures and administer basic CPR.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized imaging department, including cleaning rooms and equipment and ordering supplies.
  • Assist the supervisor with daily department operations and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Vocational or technical degree in radiologic technology or nuclear medicine.
  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) certification upon hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
  • Nuclear medicine training and experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience in nuclear medicine or a related field.
