Nuclear Medicine Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Hillcrest Hospital Pryor. As a key member of our imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Responsibilities- Perform nuclear medicine procedures, schedule procedures, and initiate new procedures as needed.
- Transport patients, handle telephone calls for scheduling, and answer questions related to exam reports.
- Operate patient support equipment, such as I.V. pumps and oxygen tanks.
- Assist with cleaning rooms and equipment, ordering supplies, and helping physicians with invasive procedures.
- Administer basic CPR and assist with daily operations of the Nuclear Medicine department.
- Graduate of an approved school of radiologic technology/nuclear medicine or registered/registry eligible.
- Knowledge of regulatory mandates for quality control and adherence to DEQ regulations.
- Ability to maintain high standards of imaging, handle multiple demands simultaneously, and provide excellent patient care.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and assist with other activities as needed.
- Vocational/Technical degree.
- CNMT certification upon hire.
- BLS certification upon hire.
- Nuclear Medicine Training.
Preferred qualifications include 1 year of experience in a related field.
