The Challenge

As a seasoned CPU architect, you'll be part of our elite Cores Methodology Team, tasked with designing and developing next-generation Zen CPU core architectures. With a strong focus on collaboration and innovation, this position offers unparalleled opportunities for growth and development.

About the Position

As a key contributor to our team, you'll be responsible for driving the design, specification, and implementation of future core clock macros and methodologies for AMD's Epyc servers and Ryzen desktop/notebook computers. Your work will directly impact multiple ongoing projects, driving significant advancements in CPU performance and efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of high-performance, low-power circuitry for next-generation CPU cores.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of designs.
  • Analyze and optimize circuit performance, considering process variation and IR impact.
  • Develop and maintain detailed specifications and documentation.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and high-quality results.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience. In addition, you'll be eligible for an annual bonus, sales incentive, and comprehensive benefits package, including ownership of AMD stock.
