Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks
- Assist with ambulation and transfer patients as needed
- Document patient care and progress
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, or geriatric care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
