KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
As a manager, you will be accountable for all operations during your shift. This includes cost management, inventory oversight, cash handling, and customer relations. You must lead by example and adhere to all policies and procedures at all times, expecting the same from your team.

Qualifications
General Responsibilities for All Team Members
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery to storage and work areas.
Prepare food products.
Receive and process orders via phone.
Conduct inventory and complete related paperwork.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility regularly.
Training
Orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.
Communication Skills
Ability to understand and provide clear written instructions. Proficient verbal communication with customers and colleagues to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Skills
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
Must be capable of making correct monetary change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing.
Hand-eye coordination to perform precise movements quickly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Exposure to:
Variable and occasionally adverse weather conditions while performing outdoor tasks. In-store temperatures may range from 36 degrees in coolers to over 90 degrees in certain areas.
Sudden temperature changes while working indoors and outdoors. Exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust.
Confined spaces, including walk-in coolers.
Hot surfaces and tools, with temperatures reaching 500 degrees or higher.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
Depth perception and the ability to distinguish between hot and cold surfaces.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
