Job Summary

Deborah Heart and Lung Center is seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Cardiology department, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with conduction system disorders, arrhythmias, Pacemakers, and Defibrillators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Attending Physicians to evaluate and manage patients in the Electrophysiology Outpatient and Inpatient areas.
  • Work with a team of Advanced Clinical Practice Providers, Nurses, and Technicians to assess, diagnose, and treat patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in Electrophysiology.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or greater in Nursing or a related field.
  • Current New Jersey License as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse Certification.
  • Current CDS and DEA licenses required.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Cardiology or Electrophysiology as an Advanced Practice Provider or in Nursing.
  • Orientation will be customized based on experience.
