Position Summary
We are seeking a Telecommunications Specialist to contribute to a dynamic, interdisciplinary team focused on supporting U.S. Government initiatives. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and collaboration.

Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel up to 40% OCONUS and 10% CONUS as necessary.
Security Clearance
Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph is required.
Key Responsibilities
This position will serve as a technical expert in radio frequency (RF) communications, acting as a bridge between technical teams and operational clients. Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating discussions regarding vendor capabilities and providing informed recommendations.
- Communicating technical designs and results effectively to diverse audiences.
- Applying engineering principles to innovate and meet client specifications.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of six years of direct experience with tactical communications projects, including familiarity with ICOM, Motorola, and Harris equipment.
- Experience with relevant systems and processes, including BASIS and GENESIS.
- A solid understanding of installation procedures and field training.
- The ability to articulate technical processes and site survey outcomes clearly.
- Strong knowledge of tactical systems and the ability to address comprehensive customer requirements.
- Capability to perform specialized installations and troubleshoot equipment issues independently.
- A willingness to work in challenging environments and complete necessary training.
