Job Summary

The Naperville Park District is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers, operating multiple computer software packages, and maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support: Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, both in-person and over the phone.
  2. Technology Operations: Operate multiple computer software packages simultaneously to efficiently assist customers.
  3. Data Security: Maintain confidentiality of customer information, including credit card transactions and household account information.
  4. Registration and Sales: Assist customers with activity registration, facility booking, membership sales, and point of sale transactions.
  5. Financial Management: Balance receipts, reconcile transactions, and prepare daily bank deposits.
  6. Communication: Inform participants of waitlist availability, class cancellations or changes via phone and email.
  7. Rental Coordination: Coordinate facility rentals and process application permits according to District procedures.
