Job Title: Finance Manager

At Home Depot, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Pro Merchandising organization. This role will support reporting and analytics for our Pro Merchandising team, working closely with two Sr. Directors and a team of 30+ Pro Merchants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Analysis/Problem Solving: Conduct thorough business analysis, identify process improvements, and implement changes to drive business growth.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and execute financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgetary goals.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, collaborating with Finance, Human Resources, Real Estate, Operations, and Information Systems teams.
  • Leadership: Manage a Senior Financial Analyst, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving business results.
