Medicorp Inc invites applications from experienced Family Medicine Physicians to join our team in southern Oregon. This role offers a unique blend of clinical and academic responsibilities, providing an opportunity for professional growth and development.
About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled physician who can work effectively in a team-based environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our practice. The appointee will have privileges at the local Medical Center and be responsible for maintaining an active practice.
Main Responsibilities:- Directly see patients in their clinic eight half-days per week and have two half-days available for administrative duties.
- Participate in seeing patients during expanded access hours in the clinic, including evenings and weekends, and call coverage.
- Contribute to the development of our practice, focusing on academics and research.
Our compensation package includes a base academic salary and a clinical salary, ranging from $200,000 to $300,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, working in a collaborative interprofessional environment, and practicing the full scope of family medicine.
