We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Oregon City, Oregon. This is a full-time day position at Clackamas with an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.

Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist at Kaiser Permanente, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and helping individuals achieve their maximum potential. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality treatment programs to patients aged pediatric to geriatric in compliance with competency checklists
  • Evaluate physical status, functional abilities, and age-specific needs of patients to determine current level of functioning
  • Develop and implement treatment plans involving patient, family, and social support systems
  • Coordinate therapy activities with other healthcare disciplines when necessary
  • Provide written documentation that is legible, complete, and timely
Requirements:

To be successful as a Physical Therapist at Kaiser Permanente, you must possess a graduate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program. Additionally, you should have recent experience working with a diverse patient population, preferably in an outpatient setting. We require credentials from multiple states, including Oregon and Washington. A valid Physical Therapist License (Oregon) or Physical Therapy Permit (Oregon) within six months of hire is mandatory.
