About the Role

As a Transportation Specialist at Advanced Drainage Systems, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our water management products.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company that prioritizes sustainability and environmental stewardship. We are seeking a skilled Transportation Specialist to operate Class A CDL vehicles, safely transporting goods across various locations. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, efficiency, and teamwork.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and regional factors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Class A CDL vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Safely transport goods to designated locations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including logs and route plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize routes and reduce costs, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding transportation, including those related to hours of service, vehicle maintenance, and driver safety.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age (DOT requirement for interstate operations).
  • Must have acceptable MVR and be able to pass DOT physical and drug test.
  • No current license suspension or revocation.
  • No DOT reportable accidents in the last 18 months where the driver is at-fault.
  • No more than three moving violations in the last three years and no more than two violations in the last 12 mos.
