The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in the hospitality sector and multifamily rental properties in the DMV area market.

Responsibilities
  • Sell our guaranteed savings solution to real estate operators, highlighting the benefits of reduced energy consumption, carbon footprint, and grid services revenue.
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, maintaining a deep understanding of relevant energy and real estate policies, programs, and market conditions in the DMV area.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, conducting sales presentations to key personnel, including property managers, board members, and consultants.
  • Effectively position Parity's unique value proposition, utilizing financial metrics, consultative customer engagement, market positioning, and domain expertise.
  • Work closely with Parity's engineers to develop proposals and contribute to the ongoing development of our service offerings, company strategy, and market positioning.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, while promoting and expanding Parity's brand awareness in the DMV area market.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional sales experience, with a proven track record of being a top sales performer.
  • Experience in the DMV market, with a background in HVAC, building automation, energy systems, property technology, or real estate.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
