About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Consultant to join our Operational Risk & Control Assurance (ORCA) team at TransUnion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and maturing our Operational and Compliance Risk Management Programs, ensuring alignment with our Enterprise Risk Management framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management programs to mitigate operational and compliance risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Design and implement control frameworks to ensure effective risk management.
  • Develop and maintain risk awareness and training materials for stakeholders.
  • Perform business analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Prepare reports and metrics for management analysis, including identifying trends and key risk indicators.
Requirements
  • 6 years of risk management program experience in operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, or enterprise risk.
  • Effective project management and change management skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex information to various audiences.
  • Experience with control frameworks, risk assessment, and operational and/or compliance testing.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment and maintain regulatory compliance.
