Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical guidance for construction initiatives, which includes analyzing blueprints and specifications, formulating construction timelines, and liaising with subcontractors.
  • Support project management functions, such as creating project budgets, overseeing resource allocation, and tracking project milestones.
  • Guarantee compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety protocols throughout all projects.
  • Oversee project modification requests, ensuring that all changes are thoroughly assessed and sanctioned.
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members to keep everyone updated on project developments and any arising challenges.
  • Participate in project discussions and collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
  • Assist in crafting and executing project plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary limits.
  • Identify and address project risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in evaluating project data and recognizing trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with government contracts and compliance is advantageous.
  • A commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
