Regulatory Compliance Expert for Manufacturing Excellence

General Employment is partnering with an expanding manufacturer to find a Regulatory Compliance Manager. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with corporate leaders, regulatory agencies, and cross-functional teams to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and report on local, state, federal, and international regulations, including EPA, OSHA, DOT, and FDA regulations. Ensure compliance by implementing necessary adjustments to processes and policies.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory and technical requirements for local, national, and EPA/FDA matters.
- Lead internal ISO audits and site inspections to maintain compliance with ISO, FDA, EPA, GMP, and FSMA/FSVP standards.
- Stay ahead of regulation changes and emerging issues in North America, communicating key insights to corporate teams.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment, product stewardship experience, and in-depth knowledge of EPA, FDA, ISO, and GMP regulations.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
