Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mitigation Project Manager to join our team at SERVPRO of North Central Tazewell County. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing priority response to potential customers, establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships, and educating customers on the remediation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide priority response to potential customers
  • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Educate customers on the remediation process
  • Obtain site photos, create an accurate sketch of all affected areas, and create an initial scope of work for all projects
  • Analyze labor, equipment, and time requirements for each project
  • Recognize project constraints
  • Deliver a consistent and well-defined estimate using estimating platform
  • Conduct site visits as needed throughout project life

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required, Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in estimating and/or insurance adjusting
  • Superb customer service track record
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient use of Xactimate and DocuSketch preferred
  • Advanced math skills
  • Must have good driving record

Working Hours and Travel Requirements

This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. Normal schedule is 8.5-hour shifts Monday - Friday between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. Due to the emergency response nature of the business, this position frequently requires long hours, working on-call, and weekend work beyond normal hours. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
