Catholic Community Svcs Foundation is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist II to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist II, you will provide direct care to families and individuals, working as an integral member of the service center team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing general counseling services to clients, collecting client data, assessing client needs, and developing treatment plans. You will also maintain accurate records related to case management duties and collaborate with other community agencies as required by treatment plan or individual case.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collects client data, assesses client needs, provides a diagnosis, and treatment plan for clients.
  • Uses a systemic, solution-oriented approach when interacting with clients, youth, families, collateral contacts, and colleagues.
  • Maintains accurate records related to case management duties.
  • Acts as a liaison, advocate, or witness with other community agencies as required by treatment plan or individual case.
Requirements:
  • M.A./M.S. in marriage and family therapy, counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
  • Two years prior therapist experience.
  • A professional certification or licensure in a mental health discipline.
  • Qualified Mental Health Professional (as prescribed in the Oregon Administrative Rules) for Medicaid provider status.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
