Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Provide clinical supervision and support to a team of 6-10 therapists
- Lead day-to-day operations to ensure smooth clinic functionality
- Foster and grow community relationships to develop access points for patient care
- Program Development
- Develop and implement programs to meet the needs of patients and the community
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations to ensure a solid blueprint for success
- Staff Development
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge
- Work closely with clinical supervisors to review areas for performance improvement and implement corrective action measures as needed
- Education and Experience
- Master's degree in social services or related field and holds active clinical license issued by the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services
- A minimum of four (4) years of clinical experience in mental health care and/or addiction services; at least two (2) years' experience in a psychiatric facility
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a supervisory/management role is required
- Skills and Qualifications
- A thorough knowledge of social service administration, supervision, consultation, and the community and its resources
- A strong understanding of human growth and behavior, therapy skills and techniques for all age groups
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of therapists
