Job Summary

As a Clinical Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, providing clinical supervision and support to a team of therapists, and fostering relationships with community partners to develop access points for patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide clinical supervision and support to a team of 6-10 therapists
    • Lead day-to-day operations to ensure smooth clinic functionality
    • Foster and grow community relationships to develop access points for patient care
  • Program Development
    • Develop and implement programs to meet the needs of patients and the community
    • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations to ensure a solid blueprint for success
  • Staff Development
    • Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge
    • Work closely with clinical supervisors to review areas for performance improvement and implement corrective action measures as needed
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in social services or related field and holds active clinical license issued by the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services
    • A minimum of four (4) years of clinical experience in mental health care and/or addiction services; at least two (2) years' experience in a psychiatric facility
    • A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a supervisory/management role is required
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • A thorough knowledge of social service administration, supervision, consultation, and the community and its resources
    • A strong understanding of human growth and behavior, therapy skills and techniques for all age groups
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of therapists
