Job Overview

Baily International LLC is on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our dedicated maintenance team. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep and repair of our facilities and machinery. This position demands a hands-on leader with exceptional technical expertise and the capability to effectively manage a team.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and guide a team of maintenance professionals.
  • Organize and delegate daily work assignments to team members.
  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance operations.
  • Keep precise records of maintenance activities and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering skill enhancement and career growth.
  • Quickly respond to urgent maintenance requests.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in a USDA or SQF Facility is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years in maintenance or a related field, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Capability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with maintenance software and tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
