Job Requirements

  • You'll need to obtain a CA food handlers' card.
  • Integrity is vital, as you'll be making decisions when no one is watching.
Job Responsibilities
  • Be friendly and fast, making a great first impression and minimizing wait times.
  • Know your stuff, becoming knowledgeable about Vitality Bowls' menu, preparation methods, and ingredients.
  • Work together as ONE team to deliver a great meal and provide outstanding service.
  • Show pride in your work, looking sharp, being on time, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
Compensation

Starting wage is $15/hour, with the possibility of more as you progress and receive tips and bonuses.

Avg wage $17-$22/hour

Compensation: $15-$22/hour

Vitality Bowls specializes in making delicious açaí bowls, a thick blend of the açaí berry topped with organic granola and a selection of superfood ingredients. Additional antioxidant-rich menu items include smoothies, juices, salads, and more. No ingredient fillers such as ice, frozen yogurt, or artificial preservatives are used, giving the purest taste possible to each item.
