Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas are cleaned and organized to meet our hotel's standards.
  • Document and report any lost items, damages, or necessary repairs.
  • Perform various cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, and doing laundry.
  • Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces such as hallways, restrooms, and the lobby area.
  • Address general inquiries from guests to enhance their experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a housekeeping or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated work ethic with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
