Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dothan - RAM Hotels is a leading hotel management company that prides itself on delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Position Overview:

The Night Auditor is responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling payment procedures, and maintaining accurate guest accounts. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Concierge for guests, assisting with reservations and recommendations
  • Manage guest check-ins, room assignments, and special requests
  • Handle payment procedures and maintain guest accounts
  • Input guest information accurately and coordinate with other hotel departments
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest needs
  • Attend to safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Work the night shift from 11pm - 7am, conduct audits, and prep the hotel for the morning
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:

  • High school graduate with relevant work experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, data entry, and telephone etiquette
  • Previous exposure to hospitality industry preferred
  • Experience in guest services preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus
