  • The engineer will be tasked with the design, implementation, and oversight of these solutions, aimed at boosting productivity, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
  • The introduction of Microsoft Copilot from Microsoft 365 adds an exciting aspect to this role, highlighting the significance of AI in revolutionizing workplace functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement and Digital Transformation:
  • Engage proactively with clients, partners, and account teams to thoroughly comprehend business requirements and deliver significant technical solutions.
  • Lead initiatives for digital transformation by conceptualizing, designing, and implementing solutions that leverage the Microsoft Cloud, including the innovative features of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Solution Architecture and Technical Guidance:
  • Craft cutting-edge enterprise solutions based on the Microsoft 365 platform, emphasizing client-facing roles and integrating AI technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot to streamline tasks.
  • Inspire clients with a vision of their digital future, utilizing technical expertise to showcase the potential of AI in enhancing workplace productivity.
  • Project Oversight and Quality Control:
  • Provide mentorship and direction to project teams, ensuring adherence to best-practice architectural standards to achieve project objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with quality assurance protocols and manage risks throughout the solution design and implementation phases.
  • Strategic and Operational Leadership:
  • Develop competitive proposals that reflect thought leadership and create pricing models and KPIs to assess project success.
  • Offer strategic insights: Contribute to the strategic vision of the practice and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal teams.
  • Microsoft CoPilot Assessment and Implementation:
  • Conduct evaluations to determine organizational readiness for utilizing Microsoft 365 Copilot, focusing on enhancing efficiency, collaboration, and productivity.
  • Improve organizational understanding of how Microsoft 365 Copilot can automate tasks and provide tailored recommendations for effectively integrating AI technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Cloud solutions and a background in client-facing consulting.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing and supporting Microsoft cloud-based solutions, with a preference for experience in AI technologies like Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues collaboratively.
  • Solid grasp of cloud architecture principles and patterns, including scalability, availability, security, and reliability.
  • Experience with Azure services and tools, such as Azure DevOps, Azure Resource Manager, Azure Active Directory, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Bot Service.
  • Capability to design and implement cloud solutions that fulfill both functional and non-functional requirements, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and frameworks, including natural language processing, computer vision, machine learning, deep learning, and TensorFlow.
  • Certification in Microsoft Azure or other relevant cloud technologies is preferred.
