- Architectural Sheet Metal Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of architectural sheet metal systems, including metal roofing, wall cladding, flashing, and architectural components.
- Blueprint Interpretation and Analysis: Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications related to sheet metal installation.
- Leadership and Supervisory Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse construction team.
- Organizational and Time-Management Abilities: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Construction Safety Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of construction safety practices and the ability to enforce safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
